BioMan Resumes provides professional career branding services, including but not limited to:
- Resume/CV writing (ATS & non-ATS)
- Cover letters
- EuroPass CVs
- LinkedIn and online profile optimization
- Career guidance and mentorship
All services are tailored based on the client’s provided data and specific requirements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that all the information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are clearly listed on our service catalogue and website.
- Payments must be made in full before services begin.
- We accept payment through secure third-party gateways (UPI, Paytm, Razorpay, etc.).
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Typical delivery time is 1–2 business days from receipt of complete client information.
- Expedited delivery may be available at an additional cost.
- All deliverables (resumes, CVs, etc.) are shared in editable PPT and PDF formats unless otherwise specified.
5. Revisions & Updates
- Lifetime free updates are provided for minor changes such as contact info, dates, or job titles.
- Major revisions (role/industry changes, complete overhauls) may be chargeable.
- All revision requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal/professional information
- Use our services for personal career purposes only
- Not redistribute, resell, or reproduce our content/templates without consent
7. Intellectual Property
All resumes, templates, designs, and content created by BioMan Resumes remain our intellectual property until fully paid. Upon payment, the client is granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services:
- No refunds are issued after work has commenced.
- If you cancel before work starts, a partial refund (minus processing fee) may be possible.
- Dissatisfaction will be handled through revisions, not refunds.
9. Limitation of Liability
BioMan Resumes is not liable for:
- Job placement outcomes
- Decisions made by recruiters or ATS systems
- Errors in client-provided information
- Third-party platform issues (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your information securely.

We may include links to external sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our platform if any terms are violated, including fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or misuse of content.

These terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kalpetta, Kerala.
